QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
-Graduate & Preferably in MBA with minimum 3 to 10 years experience as HR Assistant.
-Computer literacy test in Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle, SAP etc.
-Communication skill in English.
-Typing Test.
-Gulf experience is must.
JOB OBJECTIVES
To ensure that all HR duties are carried out to the highest standards.
ESSENTIAL WORK ACTIVITIES
-To ensure that all messages are taken down in a correct and understandable manner and urgent messages are conveyed as soon as possible.
-Ensure all typing given is done neatly and correctly.
-Ensure that all outgoing correspondence is handed out to the respective recipients, timeously.
-Ensure that the filing is correctly filed and up to date.
-Ensure that information conveyed to you is kept confidential.
-Ensure that you project a professional image for yourself and the Company.
-Maintain a neat and tidy working environment.
-Ensure that you are familiarized with the in house computer systems / programs.
-Assist with possible overload of work within the HR office.
-Ensure corrective handling of all Company Travelling requirements.
-Assist HR Manager as and when needed with HR Inductions.
-Passport renewal for all personnel working the Company.
-Processing New Driving license for all approved employees and renewal
-Preparing certification for the employees.
-Preparing medical letters for all the employees in the Company.
-Processing necessary documents for ID Badging for Port and Aramco.
-Taking care of all the new comers - medical, photographs and contracts.
-Maintaining the negotiation files for India and Philippines for the personnel under mobilization.
-Filing
-Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
