Job Description:
OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)

QUALIFICATION
-Graduate & Preferably in MBA with minimum 3 to 10 years experience in relevant field
-Computer literacy test in Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle, SAP etc.
-Communication skill in English.
-Typing Test.
-Gulf experience is must.

JOB OBJECTIVES
-To undertake fundamental tasks as part of a team.
-To develop into a vital team member fulfilling an actual role by carrying out key tasks.
-Develop a professional and systematic approach to all tasks.
-Develop communication and interpersonal skills
-Understand the role of each department and division in the Company and appreciate its contribution.
-Assist the Quality Assurance Department in ensuring the documents are controlled accordingly with the specifications.
-To assist in completing the document transmittal for the drawing/document submission which will be signed off.
-To update and summarize the document transmittal/incoming and outgoing documents every alternative day.
-Ensure proper document control with Documents/drawings received from the client.
-Ensure proper distribution of documents/drawings are made and distributed to the necessary authorized personnel, in consultation with the Contract Coordinators and or Contract Administrator.
-Ensure that all documents/drawings are filed accordingly.
-Assist Site in the necessary photocopying and typing as and when required.
-Dispatching of all the necessary documents/drawings to Client and / or site offices if required.
-Data capture all information that is required by the QA Departments, Engineering Department and Management Staff.
-Issuance, maintaining and quantify goods given to you for safe keeping.
-Filing of all the reports.
-Ensuring a safe and clean work environment
-Ensuring to maintaining confidentiality of information and data.
